This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No. 90 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. Perused the materials placed on record.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the matter has been referred as Mistake of Fact and the same is closed.
5. The respondent police is directed to serve R.C notice to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and thereafter the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the appropriate court and proceed inaccordance with law.
