ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to regularise the petitioner as Technical Assistant in Public Works Department where she is working at present or in any other department.

2.According to the petitioner, seeking regularisation of her services, by relying on GO(MS) No.680 dated 16.08.1995, she submitted several representations to the respondents and the same have not been considered so far. Hence, she is before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2017 claiming regularisation, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
