ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 576 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.4220/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The delay occured in paying the deficit court fee is explained in paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Though the delay is nearly 576 days, I feel that the delay can be condoned allowing the petitioner/appellant to adjudicate the issue on merits by putting them on terms.

4. In view of the above, the petition to condone the delay in paying the deficit court fee is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the 2/3

petitioner/appellant pays a cost of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the credit of the Legal Services Committee attached to this Court within a period of two

(2) weeks from today.
