This Writ Petition has been filed to direct therespondents 2 to 4 to take necessary action in the light of the direction issued by the first respondent in File No.6/8/2005 Rep dated 29.03.2005 within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On the date of previous hearing, i.e., on 11.08.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this matter was listed today i.e., 14.08.2023, under the caption "For Dismissal". However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4
