Prayer in CRP(MD).NO.1538 of 2014:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for records pertaining to the I.A.No.73 of 2012 in HMOP.NO.491 of 2011 dated 07/10/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and set aside the same as illegal and to pass any such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the cae and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Kannan, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to restore CRP(MD)No.1538 of 2014 by setting aside the order dated 27.07.2021.
