This writ petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the respondents from interfering in the Internal Administration and Activities of the Association, namely, All India SC/ST Railway Employees' Association, South Zone Extra Division, Diesel Shed Ponamalai Branch, including all branches, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has inter alia submitted that the claim of the petitioner that he is holding a post in the said Association is not true, however, it is further submitted that there is no interference by the respondents with the administration of the All India SC/ST Railway Employees' Association.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this case and accordingly, this petition is closed. No costs.
