Though initially an order of interim stay was granted by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2020 , it was not subsequently extended.

2. The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur is directed to dispose of C.C.No.47 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, irrespective of the pendency of the present Criminal Original Petitions.

3. Post the cases after four weeks.
