This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to expedite and complete the proceedings in D.V.No.11 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Melur

2. It is seen from the records that this D.V.No.11 of 2014 has been pending from the year 2014. The Act itself contemplates that the D.V proceedings must be completed within a period of six months. However, it is almost four years since the D.V was filed.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose of the D.V.No. 11 of 2014 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
