O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Since the petitioner's daughter had gone missing from her house, a complaint was preferred before the second respondent herein, which was registered in Crime No.4 of 2020 under the caption 'Woman missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the second respondent herein had produced the petitioner's daughter Malathi, aged about 23 years before us. We had interacted with the girl as well as her mother. According to the petitioner's daughter, she has now preferred to go with her mother and thereafter, she wants to live with the third respondent herein. The petitioner has also no objection for the same. As such, the prayer sought for in the

present Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, no further orders are necessary.
