PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose the original suit in O.S.No.525 of 2022 on the file of the learned I Additional District Court, Madurai within the time frame.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.525 of 2022 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.525 of 2022 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai seeking declaration of the gift settlement deed as null and void and for partition of the suit property and for permanent injunction. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2022 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.
4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.525 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
