ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to register a sale deed of the petitioner as a capacity of Natural Guardian for the welfare of the Education with Basic amenities of the 13 year Minor Child namely Sappanidurai to vendor namely Santhosh in the third respondent office as per Temporary Token No: TP/184585758/2024 dated 19.06.2024 and consequently representation dated 21.06.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

Admittedly, the subject property comprised in S.No.229/20 to an extent of 157/1/2- sq. ft, Thiruppachethi North Revenue Group, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District stands in the name of the minor son of the petitioner. Now the petitioner intended to sell the property for the welfare of his minor son as a capacity of natural guardian.

3. As stated supra, admittedly, the subject property was settled in favour of the minor son by his grand-father. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have obtain necessary permission from the court of law to sell the minor's property.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
