The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor seeks time to file his written response.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the contempt petition may be closed since it arises out of an interim order and that finally, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been allowed. If the petitioner has any grievance, he has to work out his remedy independently.
