ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.394 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.394 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam seeking a direction to the defendant to pay the balance of rent and hand over the possession of the property. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2022 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.394 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
