Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Order of Suspension issued by the 2nd respondent Personal Assistant to the District Collector (Development) vide Na.Ka.R2/4992/2014 dated 18.03.2014 (served upon the petitioner on 26.03.2014), quash the same, and further direct the 2nd respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in service w.e.f. the date of suspension on 26.03.2014 with all monetary benefits and continuity in service.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the Order of Suspension dated 18.03.2014 issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.R2/4992/2014, pending the disciplinary proceedings that had been initiated against him.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings, dismissing the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from service, resulting in the order of suspension ceasing to be in operation.

3.The learned for the petitioner accepts that the relief sought in this writ petition has now become infructuous and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
