ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai District, to dispose of a representation in Na.Ka. Pi1/5546/2022 dated 13.06.2022, which had been filed questioning an order of the second respondent.
2.In the said representation, which had been filed by the brother of the petitioner Periyasamy, notice had been issued to the petitioner herein. It would be more appropriate that the petitioner impleaded the said Periyasamy, as a further respondent in the writ petitioner. But however, since notice has been issued, it would only imply that the first respondent has taken the representation on file. Since it had been taken on file, it would not be appropriate on my part to examine the fact in detail.
3. A direction is given to the first respondent that after representations in writing are received by all the parties, to dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the said application. 2/4
