Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANTHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9016 of 2022 on 11.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and the petitioner is having one previous case.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9016 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8118 of 2022 before the respondent police once in a week, ie., on every Monday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
