Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction to the respondent herein to incluse Pastor Joseph Kamalam and former Secretary Manevel Jayaraj as accused as per the petitioner's complaint dated 14.05.2018 in connection with the Crime Number 328 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to include the names of certain accused persons in the First Information Report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioenr would submit that specific allegations has been made in the complaint with regard two persons whose names has not been shown in the first Information Report.

3. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that apart from seven names that have been shown in the First Information Report, investigation is done by the respondent police even in sofar as the two persons whose name has not been specifically mentioned in the First Information Report.

4. Merely because the names of the two persons have not been shown in the column of the suspected accused, it does not mean that these two persons are not being treated as accused in this case. The respondent has made it very clear that the investigation in this case is also being conducted in sofaras the two persons namely Joseph Kamalam and Manevel Jayaraj.
