[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her son and to set him at liberty.

2.Today the detenu is present before this Court. He has informed us that he is with the petitioner and he is not in illegal custody.

this order will not stand in the way of concerned police to take action against the detenu as it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a criminal case is pending against him.
