ORDER

Heard Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar, Mr.S.Suresh Kumar Issac Paul for the petitioners and Mr.M.Kannan for the respondents.

2. These four applications seek condonation of delay to prefer the review against the common order passed in CRP(MD).No.535 of 2017 and CRP(MD).No.2332 of 2008 dated 02.08.2018.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the review applications, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 28.04.2026.

5. It is reported by Mr.M.Kannan and Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar that auction purchaser and the original mortgagor have reached an arrangement to settle the disputes pending between them. The mortgagor has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the auction purchaser. Mr.M.Kannan states that the payment will be made by 24.04.2026.
