ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/first respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22714 of 2018, dated 04.02.2022. 1/4

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has filed a report of Inspector of Police, Marthandam Police Station, stating that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, they have filed the final report in Crime No. 291 of 2015, on 18.07.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithurai, after serving notice to the petitioner herein and the same was taken on file in R.C.No.14 of 2022 and the case stands posted to 21.11.2022. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petition may be closed.

4.It is evident from the report that the respondent has complied with the direction of this Court.
