O R D E R

It is stated that the respondents have preferred an appeal against the order of the Writ Court and the same has been taken on file in W.A.(MD)No.349 of 2020. When the Honourable Division Bench has taken cognizance of the matter, it would not be appropriate to simultaneously adjudicate the contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, in case, the petitioner is of the view that the disobedience continues, even after the final disposal of the Writ Appeal itself, if it is in her favour, it is open to her to exercise her rights with regard to such disobedience, in accordance with law.
