Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd Respondent herein made in Na.Ka.C1/23740/2011, dated 26.10.2017 and quash the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 07.02.2019 and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS NO.641 of 2016, with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Karur,dated 11.08.2022 in D.No.533 of 2022, forwarded by the District Judge, Karur, this Court made the following order:

"This Court has already Partly allowed the Writ Petition in WP(MD)No.20307 of 2017 by order dated 07.02.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS. No.641 of 2006 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further four months time to dispose of the said case.

learned Principal District Munsif, Karur, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing the aforesaid case.
