Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct enquiry and take suitable action and pass appropriate orders on the 11.08.2015 petition of the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the property in Survey No.607/11, which is now comprised in T.S.No.13/18A belongs to her. The Revenue Officials sub-divided the said property and allotted sub-division numbers for the same. It is the case of the petitioner that the sub-division numbers were wrongly allotted and in order to correct the mistake crept-in, the petitioner has preferred a petition dated 11.08.2015 before the respondent. As the said petition is kept pending, without any action, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking a direction to the respondent to pass orders on his petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on

instructions, submitted that the respondent is now inclined to dispose of the petition of the petitioner, in the manner known to law, within a stipulated time limit.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondent to consider the petition of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
