2. The respondent has entered appearance. Learned counsel on both sides are not in a position to inform the Court about the stage.

3. Considering the fact that the crime is of the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
