Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 18.12.2025, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the respondent and the same was received by the respondent and he has filed a Memo dated 05.01.2026 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
