Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.18759/2020(2)/m2, dated 13.10.2020 and consequential impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;. 23054/2020/m1, dated 20.10.2020 and consequential impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.17818/2020/m1, dated 24.10.2020 and quash the same as illegal.
