RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 12507/2018 dated 20.07.2018 on the file of this Honourable court in connection with the case in Crime no. 225 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12507 of 2018, dated 20.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that, there was a delay of 16 days in executing the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court, by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
