When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that Form-II notice was issued on 24.06.2024 and that Form III notice was issued on 19.07.2024. It is stated that breathing time given to the encroachers expires in two days. It is undertaken by the respondents that the entire process will be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. It is expected that the respondents will act as per the detail marks found in the FMB sketch. 2/4
