This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings by the second respondent vide No.A3/5110/2017 dated 31.10.2017 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to provide the job security in accordance with law. 2.Heard Mr.V.Rajiv Rufus, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskar Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.In view of the subsequent orders passed on 06.11.2017 against the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition for appropriate reliefs in respect of orders over which the petitioner is aggrieved, and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
