ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the share of the petitioner within the compensation that was fixed for the acquisition of the lands.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the brother of the petitioner has already filed L.A.O.P.No.140 of 2021, which is pending before the IV Additional District Court, Madurai, seeking for enhancement of compensation. It was further submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as second respondent in this case.

3. In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to seek for the relief in the pending L.A.O.P. and proceed further in accordance with law.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No 05.10.2023 Index : Yes/No smn2 2/4
