Considering the nature of relief sought for in this revision petition, notice to the respondents stand dispensed with.

2. The revision petitioners had filed I.A.No.309 of 2018 in O.S.No.296 of 2018 before the learned District Munsif, Madurai for temporary injunction.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the learned trial Munsif is directed to dispose of the above said injunction application on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
