ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to regularise the petitioner's appointment with all back wages and benefits retrospectively, in the light of GO(MS) No.151 dated 16.10.2008 by considering his representation dated 27.09.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, seeking regularisation of his services, by relying on GO(MS) No.151 dated 16.10.2008, he submitted several representations to the respondents and the same have not been considered so far. Hence, he is before this Court. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submitted that the representations of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
4.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
