The petitioner has sought issuance of Patta. The said request was rejected by the Tahsildar. So, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 02.05.2017. The first respondent has not disposed of the said appeal. 2.The first respondent is directed to dispose the said appeal with in a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the second respondent herein.
