This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file final report in crime No.254 of 2018

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.254 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
