PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.303 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application.

2.It appears that considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner with a suggestion to renew the application after obtaining an affidavit from a respectful person from the area where the petitioner is having residence. But without any such affidavit, this second application has been filed before this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner wants to change his counsel, he instructed him to withdraw this application and therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this application.

4.Permission is granted. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
