O R D E R

The writ petitioner has submitted an application dated 19.07.2017 for survey and demarcation of his property. Since the petitioner's application was not acted upon, he filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for disposal today, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the respondent along with subordinate officials inspected the land in question and also demarcated the property.

3.Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent furnished a copy of the communication dated 06.11.2017 submitted by the respondent. The same is placed on record.
