ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9471 of 2023 dated 21.02.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, dismissing the petition filed under Section 451 Cr.P.C.

2. It is not in dispute that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.124 of 2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 IPC and that the police in the investigation has admittedly seized two documents relating to the property and cash of Rs.8,25,000/- and the same were remanded before the jurisdictional Court and the same are available before the Court.

The petitioner has filed an application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. seeking orders to get the seized documents and the learned Magistrate, by observing that custody has to be decided only after the completion of the entire trial and the same cannot be issued to the petitioner, dismissed the application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the impugned order dismissing the application filed under Section 451 Cr.P.C. cannot be found fault with. Hence, this Court concludes that the revision is devoid of merit and the same is liable to be dismissed.
