This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.03.2023 and 21.04.2023 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier complaint given by the petitioner came to be closed on the basis of the understanding reached between the parties that they will compromise the issue of the village level. Now, the second complaint has been given by the petitioner, over which, CSR.No.203 of 2023 was registered and the summon has also been issued to both parties.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the petitioner's appearance, the accused did not appear, over which, the second respondent advised the petitioner to get appropriate orders from the Court and closed the complaint.

4. Now, the Court order is not required in this complaint. It 2/5

Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the second respondent or by the parties if so aggrieved.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
