Sri.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has brought to our notice the report filed into the Court, dated 13th June, 2016, enclosing thereto the photographs, which clearly bring out that the fencing put around the Temple has been dismantled.

2.In this view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed and the Writ petition stands disposed of preserving liberty to the petitioner keeping the contentions urged by him therein open.
