180 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 188, 341, 353 IPC r/w 7(i) A Criminal Law Amendment Act in Crime No.162 of 2008, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.180 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrants against the petitioners were came to be issued on 07.04.2018, 07.07.2018 and 29.05.2018 respectively. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
