Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 and 3 herein to consider the petitioners appeal petition dated 29.10.2025 within a stipulated time as prescribed by the Honble
Court and consequently direct them to give sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 and 3 herein to consider the petitioners appeal petition dated 29.10.2025 within a stipulated time as prescribed by the Honble Court and consequently direct them to give sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."
2. In view of the relief that is prayed for in the writ petition to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.10.2025, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
3. The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that if appropriate time is given, the appeal petition will be disposed of, within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:- i. The appeal petition of the petitioner dated 29.10.2025 shall be taken up for consideration by the 1st respondent and the same shall be disposed of in the manner known to law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. ii. No costs.
