O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue for production of his daughter by name Jothilakshmi, aged about 26 years from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenue is produced before this Court. She informed us that she is 27 years old, she left the parental home on her own and she is not under the illegal custody of any one.
