ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 7, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.02.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 23.02.2022, to the respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that previously, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.12.2021, against the respondents 4 to 7, for the same, CSR.No.1108 of 2021 has been issued and the same was closed, as the parties were(*) compromised. Now, again the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 23.02.2022, (*) with regard to the incident happened on 22.02.2022 at about 9.00 p.m., against the private respondents, for the same, enquiry is pending.

(*)4.In view of the above, the (*)second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 23.02.2022 and complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
