ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that even after the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, passed in Cr.M.P.No.5139 of 2023, dated 25.07.2023, his complaint has not been acted upon by the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the complaint of the petitioner was forwarded to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, in Cr.M.P.No.5139 of 2023. As per the direction of the Court dated 25.07.2023, the respondent Police has conducted an enquiry and since it is a money dispute, the complaint was closed on 07.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police are directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
