PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned tender cum auction notice under Na.ka.No. 999/2013A1, dated 16.03.2017, on the file of the 3rd respondent and impugned Auction Notification dated 03.04.2017, under Na.Ka.No. 999/2013A1, on the file of the 3rd respondent and to quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to extend the period of lease by formulating a committee for fixation of fair rent as per Clause - III of G.O.Ms.No.92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.
