O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition invoking Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, arises out of the order dated 22.02.2023 in I.A. No. 2 of 2022 in O.S. No. 98 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court' for short). The parties are hereinafter referred to as per their description in the suit in O.S. No. 98 of 2018 before the Trial Court for the sake of clarity and convenience. 2.This Court, vide order dated 21.07.2023, had allowed the petition in CMP(MD) No.8630 of 2023, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.98 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Dindigul and pursuant to the same, the petitioner has deposited the said amount to the credit of O.S.No.98 of 2018. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the e-chellan, dated 10.10.2023, before this Court and the same is taken on record.
3.Since the amount has been deposited pursuant to the directions of this Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed with a direction to the trial Court to proceed further in accordance with law. 2/4
