ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw the HMOP.No.100 of 2024 on the file of the
Subordinate Court, Devakottai, to transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi, pleading hardship.
2. Mr.Muthu Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that while the respondent/husband stoutly denies the allegations made in paragraph Nos.4, 5 and 6 of the affidavit, he has no objection in transferring the case to the file of the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi.
3. In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
