ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to instruct the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against the Respondent No.3 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2026.

2. Considering the limited scope of relief sougth for in this writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has lodged a complaint as against the third respondent. Despite issuance of CSR, no action is taken and sought the indulgence of this Court.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
