ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of TURKISH WELLNESS SPA at Door No.40/1, Hotel Krithick Grand, Water Tank Stop, Veera Pandi Town Panchayat, Kumuli Main Road, PC Patti, Theni District - 625531, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2026.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that no such representation has been received by the respondent police till date.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondent police forthwith, along with all relevant documents in support of his claim. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent police shall consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
