ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted licence by the Madurai Corporation to collect entry fee from the visitors and to establish other amenities in the Vandiyur park at Madurai. necessary party to be impleaded. Thus, the learned counsel prays for allowing this impleading petition.

2. In view of the said submission, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
